Undine Bay Marine Estates is a new foreshore and waterways residential development in Vanuatu. I was tasked with creating the logo for the development, along with the supporting brand elements and website.
Currently in Stage 1, the development will soon feature a yacht club, hotel, restaurants and bars, along with full marina facilities.

One of the key features of Undine Bay Marine Estates is the boat harbour. Built as a "hurricane hole", the harbour is a safe haven for yachts all year round. I wanted to reflect this security through the logo - I chose to do so through the use of a stylised anchor symbol. A formal typeface gives the logo a dignified feel without being overly traditional or stuffy.
A refined colour palette was chosen to identify the various aspects of the development.
An emphasis on large images gives potential investors the best possible view of the development and surrounding waters.
